The consortium is open to all companies to foster a vibrant ecosystem (e.g. semiconductor manufacturers, system developers, test equipment companies, IP developers, and OEMs)

Membership Fee (None)
- Free to join and no annual fees
- If the consortium grows to a size where a third-party provider of consortium management services would need to be employed, then the consortium may discuss and elect to charge an annual fee to cover the expenses
